Card Conditions We follow the TCGPlayer Card Condition Guide.  If you receive a card that you feel does not meet the criteria, please email us with high resolution pictures of both the front and back of the card(s) in question.

Payments All orders placed on our website must be paid for within 3 days.  After three days, the order will automatically get deleted.

Price Guarantee All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.  We will honor any price for orders paid for on our website with only a few exceptions (see Oversells & Cancellation below). If you have any questions in regard to your order, please email us.

Oversells While very rare, an oversells of cards or product may occur.  This is due to the fact that our inventory may be listed on more than one platform and takes time to update our inventory.  Should an oversell occur, we will inform you, and offer an alternative or refund.

Cancellation We reserve the right to cancel any order, paid for or not, for any reason.  While this is a rare occurance, we may do this to protect our business from fraud, buyouts, or competition.

Request a Cancellation Please email us for cancellation requests.  Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Da-Planet within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
